Ranch House Unconditional Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with any Ranch House product, you will receive a full refund or replacement. Your total satisfaction is our utmost concern. We will do whatever it takes to keep you happy. You have our word on it! Shipping Instructions Easy Ordering Instructions Your Name: We need to have your complete name, telephone number and address to complete each order. Please include your daytime phone number and the best time to reach you should we need to contact you about your order. Recipients Name: Please use both first and last names. We ship via FedEx or UPS, so please give complete street addresses including zip codes and telephone numbers. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses or recipient away from home or office. Reshipment is at buyer's expense. (Due to perishable nature of products, returns are discarded.) Greetings: A greeting is prepared for each gift. Please indicate how you would like each greeting to read. You may send your own card to be enclosed. Prices and Delivery: Please use the above schedule to calculate shipping. Also please tell us when you would like your order to arrive or we will ship it when the order is received. Orders received by December 10 are guaranteed for Christmas delivery. However, every effort will be made to deliver all orders received after December 10 in time for Christmas. We offer FedEx or UPS overnight for last minute orders. 2 day delivery to Alaska and Hawaii will run an additional $20 per address. APO and FPO addresses will be sent priority mail for an additional $12 charge. Summer Shipments: From May 1 to September 1, all products must be shipped overnight (add $20 per address) or 2-day Air (add $12 per address) in order to insure product quality. Special Shipping Options: During the fall and winter we normally ship all of our products frozen in standard shipping cartons. The cryovac packaging protects the product if it thaws, and the meats are perfectly safe to eat. However, some of you have asked for the product to be sent in Styrofoam cartons for extra protection. You may request that special packaging for an additional $9 per address. Please specify this option under the "Notes" section on the order form when you check out. Substitution: Occasionally, we may need to substitute an item of equal or higher value in order for your gifts to be delivered on time.
