What shipping method do you use?

  • Our products are sent via FedEx. Standard delivery is three days. Second day and overnight deliveries are available. Packages destined for APO or FPO addresses are sent via USPS. Alaska and Hawaii packages must be sent by second day or overnight air.

How do I know you received my order?

  • As soon as your order is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

When will I receive my order?

  • You may specify when you would like to receive your order. We will try to honor your request. Sometimes we must change the date you requested so that product is not sitting in an uncontrolled shipping warehouse over the weekend. Please click here to see our shipping options.

What if my order is damaged?

What if I need to cancel my order?

  • Orders are filled promptly upon receipt, so you will want to act quickly. If your order has been processed and the credit card charged, there will be a cancelation fee. Future orders may be cancelled by calling (325) 396-4536 or by e-mailing at sales@brisket.net.

How do I place an order?

Do you ship out of the United States?

  • We ship to all fifty states. Alaska and Hawaii shipments must be upgraded to second day air or overnight delivery.

Is my order subject to sales tax?

  • Food items are not taxable in Texas. Therefore, we don’t charge any tax on our products. We take care of any sales taxes due in other states, but you are not charged any taxes over the stated price.
